An Apprenticeship is where you earn while you learn! You typically will work 4 days a week in an organisation and study 1 day a week to gain your qualification. You will be supported by our organisation each step of the way so don’t panic! You will receive on the job training and be developed by the organisation that has employed you as an apprentice.

Apprenticeship durations depend on the qualification you will gain for example the normal duration of a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship is 15 months. Your EXPERT consultant will always provide you with the duration of the Apprenticeship prior to putting you forward.

A Traineeship is typically a 3-6 months course in which you will receive Functional Skills training in Maths and English (Depending if you need this) Employability Skills (CV writing workshops and understanding mindset workshops) in addition to work experience. The Aim of a Traineeship is to give you an invaluable skill you need in order to be an employee. It is typically best suited for those who have no experience in a field they want to work in or those who need English and Maths and who want to gain more work experience before committing to being an apprentice. It’s a great stepping stone and Traineeships help many secure employments as employers are able to see exactly how you perform.
